Junior Aus-box.  $10 per class.     8 – 14  years olds start here on Tue & Thurs.   

Aus-boxing is a childrens and young teens boxing system aimed at younger participants 8 – 14 years to introduce boxing in a safe way. Parents can be assured  their children will gain the benefits of boxing without any head contact, in a structured and well presented system.

  1. Boys and girls will start with a  basic warm up and general fitness exercises appropriate to their age and maturity levels.
  2. Basic boxing skills including foot work, basic punching and defence techniques.
  3. Touch only contact, partner work with no head contact.

 Teens Aus box 13 years to 18.  $10 per class for under 18s start here on Mon & Wed. 

   A class for teen in a boxing club training environment.

  1. Warm up, including skipping, foot work drills, shadow boxing, ab work, strength and conditioning.
  2. Basic to advanced punching skills.
  3. Basic to Advanced foot work
  4. Boxing offence and defence skills.
  5. Partner work –  No Head contact under 16 years Boxing gloves – are here if needed

Boxing fitness & skills training.             18 year old +      From $15 per class or monthly fees

A  boxing based complete fitness and skills training program that will push the participants’ fitness and skills.  This class will consist of ;

  1. Boxing style warm up, including skipping.
  2. Bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work.
  3. Medium to high intensity  training workout will push your fitness boundaries.
  4. All boxing class instructors are current or former boxers who have a passion for boxing and plenty of experience in the sport.
  5. Boxing- 4-Fitness includes partner work but there is no contact in this class.

Old boys Strength and fitness.             40 years +     SORRY FULL

  1. This class is a general strength and fitness training class
  2. High intensity bike, rower, treadmill.
  3. Weight lifting, Bag work, round pads.
  4. A lot of gym running, push ups, sit ups, push up crawls, burpies ect.
  5. Only committed, long term men needed.

Ladies only Boxing & Burn.           $15 per class

  1. Ladies only boxing training
  2. Boxing style warm up, including skipping.
  3. Bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work.
  4. High intensity interval training workout will push your fitness boundaries.
  5. Boxing- 4-Fitness includes pad held partner work but there is no contact in this class.

Personal training                  From  $65 per 45 min
