  • We currently run the 15 Boxing and Boxing Fitness Classes per week in the gym and we do not charge an initial registration fee.
  • Our Classes are listed below with their days and start and finish times. Click through the Classes Calendar to see whats on offer and when.
  • You can use the BOOK NOW buttons to sign up and book either a single ‘Casual’ or Multi class pass to get started.

Teens Boxing & self defence classes 12 years to 17 Years

A class for teen boys and girls in a boxing club training environment.

DAYS & TIME : Mondays & Wednesdays. Classes start 4.30pm & end 5.25pm.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.

PRICES : $13 per class ( as a 10 class block*) Or $17.50 Per class ( Casual per single class entry)

* A 10 Class block is paid as $13 in advance and can be used for any 10 classes (for this class type only) within a 12 month period.
We also offer Monthly Recurring Memberships of $55/fortnight that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.

CLASS DETAILS:

  1. Warm up, including skipping, foot work drills, shadow boxing, ab work, strength and conditioning.
  2. Basic to advanced punching skills.
  3. Basic to Advanced foot work
  4. Boxing offence and defence skills.
  5. Partner work & body sparring – No Head contact under 16 years

Please note that the sign up process for an under 18 year old member must be made by their parent or guardian as it requires an over 18 consent form yo be completed for the first sign up.

Adult (over 18 years) Boxing fitness & Skills Training classes

A boxing based complete fitness and skills training program that will push the participants’ fitness and skills.

DAYS & TIME : Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. Classes start 6.30pm & end 7.30pm.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.

PRICES : $15 per class ( as a 10 class block*) Or $20 Per class ( Casual per single class entry)

* A 10 Class block is paid as $150 in advance and can be used for any 10 classes (for this class type only) within a 12 month period.
We also offer Monthly Recurring Memberships of $75/fortnight that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.

CLASS DETAILS:

  1. Boxing style warm up, including skipping.
  2. Bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work.
  3. Medium to high intensity training workout will push your fitness boundaries.
  4. All boxing class instructors are current or former boxers who have a passion for boxing and plenty of experience in the sport.
  5. Boxing- 4-Fitness includes partner work but there is no contact in this class.

BY INVITATION ONLY: Advanced Boxing for experienced Boxers

A Class For Boxers With Good Basics Who Want To Go To The Next Level.

DAYS & TIME : Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. Classes start 6.30pm & end 7.30pm.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.

PRICES : $15.00 per class ( as a 10 class block*) Or $20 Per class ( Casual per single class entry)

* A 10 Class block is paid as $175 in advance and can be used for any 10 classes (for this class type only) within a 12 month period.
We also offer Monthly Recurring Memberships of $75/fortnight that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.

  1. Boxing style warm up, including skipping.
  2. Bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work.
  3. Medium to high intensity training workout will push your fitness boundaries.
  4. All boxing class instructors are current or former boxers who have a passion for boxing and plenty of experience in the sport.
  5. This class has the sparring option.

Old Boys (40 Years +) Old boys Strength & fitness club

DAYS & TIME : Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Friday. Mornings Starting 5.45am & end 6.45am.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session (doors open 5.35am) to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.

PRICES : $110 per month


We also offer Monthly Recurring Memberships of $55/fortnight that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.

  2. High intensity bike, rower.
  3. Weight lifting, Bag work, round pads.
  4. Stretching and balance work.
  5. Coffee’s, some great men’s stories, and a few jokes!

Ladies Only Boxing & Burn

A ‘Boxing for fitness’ focussed class for women in a boxing club training environment.

DAYS & TIME : Saturday Mornings Only. Classes start 9.00am & end 10.00am.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.

PRICES : $20 per class Or $20 Per class ( Casual per single class entry)

* A 10 Class block is paid as $150 in advance and can be used for any 10 classes (for this class type only) within a 12 month period.
We also offer Monthly Recurring Memberships of $65/fortnight that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.

CLASS DETAILS:

  1. Boxing style warm up, including skipping.
  2. Bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work.
  3. High intensity interval training workout will push your fitness boundaries.
  4. ‘Boxing for Fitness’ includes pad held partner work but there is no contact in this class.

Personal Training Sessions

If you want to learn the skills of boxing fast or get fit in a one on one environment, personal boxing training is the best way to do it. Ours PT trainers are very experienced and can tailor your training to suit you.
