Ladies Only Boxing & Burn
A ‘Boxing for fitness’ focussed class for women in a boxing club training environment.
DAYS & TIME : Saturday Mornings Only. Classes Start 9.00 am & End 10.00 am.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.
PRICES: $20 Per Class (As A Casual Per Single Class Entry)
CLASS DETAILS:
- Boxing-style warm-up, including skipping.
- Bag work, pad work, circuit-based exercises as well as push-ups, squats, and abdominal work.
- High-intensity interval training workouts will push your fitness boundaries.
- ‘Boxing for Fitness’ includes pad-held partner work but there is no head contact in this class.
