Adult (Over 16 Years) Boxing Fitness & Skills Training Classes
A boxing-based complete fitness and skills training program that will push the participants’ fitness and skills.
DAYS & TIME: Tuesdays & Thursdays. Classes Start 5.30 pm To 6.30 pm.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.
PRICES:
We also offer Monthly Recurring Memberships of $ per month that give users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.
CLASS DETAILS:
- Boxing-style warm-up, including skipping.
- Bag work, pad work, circuit-based exercises as well as push-ups, squats, and abdominal work.
- Medium to high-intensity training workouts will push your fitness boundaries.
- Boxing skills and technique are a big part of this class.
- All boxing class instructors are current or former boxers who have a passion for boxing and plenty of experience in the sport.
- Boxing- 4-Fitness includes partner work but there is no head contact in this class.
