Teens Boxing & self defence classes 12 years to 17 Years
A class for teen boys in a boxing club training environment.
DAYS & TIME : Tuesday & Thursday. Classes COMING SOON
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.
PRICES : $15 Per class or $110 per month payable at start of each month.
Learn skills and self defence.
CLASS DETAILS:
- Warm up, including skipping, foot work drills, shadow boxing, ab work, strength and conditioning.
- Basic to advanced punching skills.
- Basic to Advanced foot work
- Boxing offence and defence skills.
- Partner work & body sparring – No Head contact under 16 years
Please note that the sign up process for an under 18 year old member must be made by their parent or guardian as it requires an over 18 consent form to be completed for the first sign up.
Adult & Older Teens Boxing fitness & Skills Training classes
A boxing based complete fitness and skills training program that will push the participants’ fitness and skills.
DAYS & TIME : Tuesdays & Thursdays. Classes start 6.00pm to 7.00pm.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.
PRICES : $20 Per class or a 10 class block for $165 or $110 per month
We also offer Monthly pay as you go of $110 per month that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.
CLASS DETAILS:
- Boxing style warm up, including skipping.
- Bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work.
- Medium to high intensity training workout will push your fitness boundaries.
- All boxing class instructors are current or former boxers who have a passion for boxing and plenty of experience in the sport.
- Boxing- 4-Fitness includes partner work but there is no head contact in this class.

MENS (40 Years +) MENS Strength & fitness.

DAYS & TIME : Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. Mornings Starting 5.45am & end 6.45am. FRIDAY short session the coffee at 6.30am

We offer Monthly pay as you go Memberships of $120 per month that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.

- High intensity bike, rower.
- Weight lifting, Bag work, round pads.
- Stretching and balance work.
- Boxing skills training, Friday mornings.
- Tuesday and Thursday Mostly Strength & fitness
- Monday and Wednesday Mostly Boxing & fitness
- Coffee’s, some great men’s stories, and a few jokes!

If you want to learn the skills of boxing fast or get fit in a one on one environment, personal boxing training is the best way to do it. Ours PT trainers are very experienced and can tailor your training to suit you.
