Ladies Only Boxing & Burn

A ‘Boxing for fitness’ focussed class for women in a boxing club training environment.

DAYS & TIME : Saturday Mornings Only. Classes Start 9.00am & End 10.00am.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.

PRICES : From $15 Per Class (As A 10 Class Block*) Up To $20 Per Class (As A Casual Per Single Class Entry)

* A 10 Class block is paid as $150 in advance and can be used for any 10 classes (for this class type only) within a 12 month period.
We also offer Monthly Recurring Memberships of $65/fortnight that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.


  1. Boxing style warm up, including skipping.
  2. Bag work, pad work, circuit based exercises as well as push-ups, squats and abdominal work.
  3. High intensity interval training workout will push your fitness boundaries.
  4. ‘Boxing for Fitness’ includes pad held partner work but there is no head contact in this class.
