Men’s (40 Years +) Mens Strength & Functional Fitness

DAYS & TIME : Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Friday. Mornings Starting 5.45am & End 6.45am.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session (doors open 5.35am) to get changed as all classes start at the times listed above.
PRICES : $20 per session or $120 Per Month
We offer Monthly pay as you go Membership of $120 per month that gives users access to all eligible classes as many times as you like.
CLASS DETAILS:
- High-intensity bike, rower.
- Sled pushing, stair climbing, carries.
- Weight lifting, Bag work, round pads,
- Stretching and balancing work.
- Boxing skills training, Friday mornings.
- Friday after training Coffee, some great men’s stories, and a few jokes!
